"Life is cruel and unsatisfying," one character says toward the end of Woody Allen's mal-titled new film.  The same could be said of To Rome With Love.  I suspected that, after the biggest box office hit of his career, Woody would come back with a trite, uncomplicated comedy, but I hoped for more than this.
