Thirteen Lives

Thirteen Lives continues two major trends of this year's film slate: Colin Farrell bringing the goods, and movies that I don't expect much from blowing me away. For my money (easy now, that's usually a negative sum), this is director Ron Howard's greatest achievement since singing the Wells Fargo wagon into River City.
