The new cinematic "vision" of Tolstoy's Madame Bovarina tale is trying to be fresh and exciting...for about 45 minutes.  The rest of the time, we're left with Keira Knightly, in a perfectly fine Keira Knightly performance, pouting and chin-jutting her way into and out of Russian society in melodramatic fashion.
