A Review of Posties Past

Before the Oscars every year, I publish my annual film “awards”, The Posties. The shape and nature of The Posties has changed a lot in its over-a-decade history, from an event that asked readers to vote to the slate of Top Ten lists and special awards it remains today. While this year’s Posties results are still a couple of months away, in the spirit of awards season, I have gathered the results of previous years’ winners under the current system. (There are definitely lists I would order differently if I were writing them today, but here are how they stood upon their announcements.)
